Reginah Mthembu join Jeremiah Brokers as a administration clerk on the 2nd of May 1996. It’s my first time job from High school. I was excited they welcomed me with warm hands and trained on how to do my job. I was able to help clients with their queries and submit applications form.

In 2007 l became a Broker, it was not easy at first but because l was passionate about my job and had a great mentor i was able to overcome obstacles. My mentor taught me how to approach a client and to conduct presentations making sure prospective clients understood how medical aid works.

I do all my best to provide satisfactory service to clients and make sure they are happy. Happy clients make my work very easy and they recommend me to their colleagues.
